1. Prices that seem too good to be true usually are too good to be true. Some "great deals" result from cutting corners, such as providing low-quality work or substandard materials. Some local custom closet companies use thinner melamine to build their closet systems, others use plastic instead of metal hardware. Just because the closet or garage cabinets look the same in the brochures doesn't mean the quality is the same!
